An outdoor workout class for people committed to improving their health and fitness. You are expected to commit to being at class on time ready to workout!
The Low Down
Class meets one hour per session. Options are: $99 for 5 sessions; $149 for 10 sessions or $210 for 15 sessions.

It's difficult to describe a "typical" day, because every day is different, but here's a simple breakdown:
- Abdominal exercises every day
- Stair or hill climbing
- Plyometrics (speed/strength training drills)
- Stamina building endurance courses
- A wide variety of exercises that improve overall cardiovascular health and the body's natural fat burning mechanisms
- Perform a series of free weight exercises
- Use exercise bands/tube
- A series of isometric and isotonic strengthening/conditioning
- Perform calisthenics: push-ups, pull-ups, lunges, squats
All classes begin and end with stretching to help prevent sports related injuries. We stress proper form, technique and overall SAFETY. Every class is specially designed to rev your metabolism, maximize your fitness potential and boost your energy all day long.
