Echelon Sports Performance located at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Littleton, Colorado was founded in 1994 by Michael Carter, a Certified USA Cycling "Elite" Level Coach and former professional cyclist. Some of Michaels accomplishments include ranked #1 US PRO 1990, all three "Grand Tours," Tour De France, Giro D'Italia, and Vuelta Espagna, 2009 RADWELT World Champion, four-time World Master's Hill Climb Champion and a former National Champion.

We offer Group or Private Custom Camps which offer one on one time with Michael where you can customize the camp to your needs. You can chose what area of cycling you want to work on or, you can simply sign up and as you ride with Michael, the areas that you want to work on can be tailored to meet whatever areas you decide you want to work on. The workouts are designed by Michael Carter, who draws upon not only his academic education, but also on the more than 30 years of racing, coaching experience and as a team director for amatuers, women and professionals. Michael started out as a "Category 4" in 1982. Through training, and the proper guidance Michael was named as one of the top three climbers in the world by L'Equipe Magazine.
